What is Momentus?
How do I join my Nextperience?
We will send you a unique invite link to join your event. We use Zoom products, so make sure your Zoom applications are updated and ready to go. We recommend using the Desktop application for the best experience possible. There are various ticket options to join our events ranging from general admission to exclusive meet & greets. Everyone is welcome. Except you, Randy. You know what you did.
What are my ticket options?
You can choose between GENERAL ADMISSION and FRONT ROW.
- General Admission:Â You can participate in our event LIVE with event chat, shout-outs, and access to a viewable video that you can rewatch after the Momentus event!
- Front-Row:Â Join the event as a special guest! Make sure you are camera-ready because you will be visible to our Guest Host and audience during the Momentus event. The Front-Row will be able to interact with the Host, so be prepared... you may be called upon during the show!
Exclusive post-event Meet & Greets will be offered on a limited basis. These are generally a 20-minute roundtable with up to 15 participants.
These will sell out fast, so purchase this option soon as soon as possible.
Additional event Meet & Greet opportunities may become available, based on the Guest Host's schedule, but may not be bundled.
Can I upgrade after I purchase?
Yes! Just email us at support@bemoment.us and we will send you a code to upgrade your ticket (adding Front Row or Meet & Greet). Just do so before the end of ticket sales!
What if I can't attend my Nextperience?
We're going to have to take a second to process that. Wow, devastating... I don't think Steve will ever really recover from thinking about this tragedy..and we don't even have a Steve that works here. It's that sad.
We know that sometimes things can come up, but what could possibly be more important, we can't fathom. However, due to staffing and charity fundraising, all online event tickets are non-refundable.
You may be able to transfer your ticket to another amazing event, subject to availability, up to 48 hours prior to the original event date.

It is the event participant's responsibility to be able to access the online events using Zoom. Please ensure you are running the latest Zoom update. There are no refunds for missed attendance or delays due to technical issues, connectivity, or other problems. Please carefully review the time/timezone to join on time. If you purchased a multi-event series ticket, the full ticket is non-refundable if you decide to cancel a part of the ticket.

What is the smallest bird in the world?
According to Audubon, the Bee Hummingbird is the world's smallest bird. It's found only in Cuba and their nests are only an inch across!

Who do I contact if I have technical difficulties?
If you have a technical difficulty, please refer to Zoom's support and documentation. If you've attempted to solve the issue using their resources, you can always contact us at support@bemoment.us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you are contacting us on the day of an event, we may be delayed and running around like our hair is on fire. Be advised we may not be coherent or as helpful as we might be on a non-event day.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Good god, WHY would you want to do that?! Can't you just give them a kidney or something instead? In the extremely unlikely event you actually want to give away this once-in-a-lifetime experience, we recommend you check out our Transfer Policy and contact us at support@bemomentus.com, provided you somehow still want to proceed with a ticket transfer. Like some kind of ninnymuggins.
Can I suggest a special guest or Nextperience?
We thought you'd never ask! It's about time someone else does some of the heavy lifting around here. All this creative fun-gineering (yeah that's right, making up words like a boss) is exhausting. We'd love to hear all your amazing ideas! In fact, we're just going to head on over to happy hour and let you fine people make this magic happen.

Which birds migrate the farthest?
That would be the Arctic tern! They travel from the sub-Arctic to the Antarctic every year, an average journey of almost 71,000 km (44,000 miles)! Amazing, what an absolute champion.
Can I watch with a friend?
Everything is better with a friend! If you're watching with a friend on the same screen, that's fine with us.
If you're not in the same place, they'll need their own ticket. Each ticket is only good for ONE Zoom link, you won't be able to use the same one! So, you can always send them a link to an exciting Momentus event, or you can simply treat them to a Momentus Gift Card if you want them to attend a Nextperience with you!
