Refund policy
The following policy covers all events organized by BeMomentus, LLC and applies to all circumstances. Please carefully review the following when booking. By registering to attend a BeMomentus event, you agree to the following:
Ticketing Policy
Your registration is not complete until full payment is received. All tickets are valid for the named attendee only and cannot be transferred during the event dates. If you cannot attend the event and need assistance, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
Due to staffing and charity fundraising, all online event tickets are non-refundable. You may be able to transfer your ticket to another event, subject to availability, up to 48 hours prior to the original event date. Please see Transfers Policy for more information.
It is the event participant's responsibility to be able to access the online events using Zoom. Please ensure you are running the latest Zoom update. There are no refunds for missed attendance or delays due to technical issues, connectivity, or other problems. Please carefully review the time/timezone to join on time. If you purchased a multi-event series ticket, the full ticket is non-refundable if you decide to cancel a part of the ticket.
Events may be canceled by BeMomentus and its affiliates at any time without warning. Emails and notices will be made available as quickly as possible if an event is canceled by us. Ticketholders will be given the option to refund, transfer, or substitute their ticket. Refunds will appear on the card or payment method used at the time of purchase.
Transfers & Substitutes Policy
"Transfers" refers to a participant giving their BeMomentus event ticket to another individual. "Substitutes" refers to a participant moving their participation from one BeMomentus event to another.
Transfers: You may transfer your event registration sum to another event. Transfers are valid for the same calendar year, up to the value of the sum paid by you in respect of the event. We will not refund the difference of the event ticket price if the new event is lesser in value.
Substitutes: You may transfer your event ticket to a friend or colleague, assuming payment has been received in full up to 48 hours in advance of the event date. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another BeMomentus event, it may be possible, depending on availability—please contact us. Transfers are valid for the same calendar year, up to the value of the sum paid by you in respect of the event.
